Allowing ourselves to make what become vision books for our lives is powerful. It is a chance to come alive as we discover a part of ourselves that has been lost or longing to come out. Prompts and stories of the spirit guide us towards playing, exploring and writing inside of these books. Infusing our soulwork into something we hold in our hands, gathering our energy and dreams into a book that becomes our treasure.
Soulwork is about connection to self, to the now and that future woman we see and want to flow into.
Soulwork will prompt us into new places and ideas, it asks us to push beyond that safe place and dip into seeing truth, beauty, connection, love, joy, dreams and ritual.
In this time together we will share stories of the spirit (mine and yours), play with glue, tape, scissors and our own gorgeous writing. You will leave with a spirit of joy and holding the beginning of your vision book in your hands. Additional prompts for continuing your book will be tucked inside of your book for future play.
Included in the cost is a blank book, art supplies, magazine cut outs, tea time with gluten free treats that nourish and a whole lot of love and spirits of joy.
What should you bring? A picture of yourself and any magazine clippings of words or pictures that you’d like to share or add to your vision book explorations.

About Hannah:
I guide women to fall in love with themselves and through that love see the possibility of what they can create. This is where the magic happens.
As a writer I watch, listen, experience and transform those into words that find their place on the page. This is where my introverted, sensitive side fuels itself and releases its creative magic. As a group leader, gathering women together to increase their joy and fuel their own creative lives, I am seen and my voice rings out. I do not seek balance, (I do have three kids after all!!!) I live in joy and I follow my passions.
As a Highly Sensitive Person I am a quietly impassioned motivator. I feel and intuit. I move furniture around so much in my house that no one knows where anything will be. I feel, oh yes, I feel so much. I turn these feelings and intuitions into ideas and actions. This is my service to the world. To myself.
You can fall in love with who you are (in this moment) and through dream and action take yourself further into that joyful reality of living passionately and purposefully.
